I love clay, kilns, and conversations that have texture — layered, imperfect, shaped through the exchange rather than planned in advance. I'm the type who notices what things are made from, who turns objects over to look at the bottom, who believes something handmade carries the energy of the person who made it in ways manufactured things never do.
