Turn Off: The winter darkness. Okay, I know, I’m Estonian, I should be used to it. But the long, dark winters from November to February are really tough. It just drains my energy sometimes. Small-town gossip. Tallinn can feel like a big village sometimes. Everyone seems to know everyone’s business, and it can be annoying.
About Me: Hey! I’m Amee. I’m 18 and I live in Tallinn, Estonia. I just finished high school last spring, and honestly, I’m in that weird in-between phase everyone talks about. I’m taking a “gap year” to figure things out, working part-time at this cute little coffee shop in the Old Town. I live with my mom and my younger brother. I’m super proud to be Estonian – I love our nature, our singing traditions, and how tech-savvy our country is. I’m fluent in Estonian, English, and Russian, thanks to school and just growing up here.
